Data Deletion and Disconnect Instructions
Customers can disconnect social accounts and request deletion of personal data stored by Ai social poster.
Disconnect a connected account
- Open the customer portal.
- Go to Workspace or Settings.
- Select the connected platform account.
- Choose Disconnect or Revoke access.
- The platform token will be revoked or deleted where supported.
Request account/data deletion
Email privacy@ai-social-poster.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your account email and workspace name.
We will delete or anonymize account data, connected account metadata, tokens, drafts and logs unless retention is required for legal, billing, fraud prevention or security purposes.
Meta app removal
If a user removes the app through Meta account settings and requests deletion, Ai social poster will process the deletion request using the configured data deletion process or callback once the Meta integration is activated.
