Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data Ai social poster collects, why it is collected, how it is protected, and how customers can request deletion.
Data we may collect
- Account information such as name, email address, workspace name and customer preferences.
- Connected account metadata such as platform, account/page/channel identifiers, status and connection timestamps.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens where required by official provider APIs. Tokens are stored server-side and are never displayed in the customer portal.
- Telegram channel configuration, bot connection status and redacted destination references.
- Post drafts, captions, hashtags, platform payloads, generated text and queue status.
- Usage records such as publication counts, AI generation counts, credit balance events and audit logs.
- Support messages and operational diagnostics needed to resolve customer requests.
How we use data
- To create, preview, schedule and publish customer-approved content to connected accounts.
- To enforce customer plan limits, credits, automation rules and safety gates.
- To provide support, troubleshooting, security monitoring and service improvements.
- To comply with provider review requirements, payment provider checks and applicable laws.
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer data to advertisers.
- We do not ask customers for social media passwords.
- We do not publish to social platforms unless the customer connects the account and approves or configures explicit autopilot rules.
- We do not show raw OAuth tokens, API keys or Telegram bot tokens in the frontend.
Deletion and disconnect
Customers can disconnect accounts and request deletion of their data. See Data Deletion.
