Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Social Poster ("the Service", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AI Social Poster is a SaaS platform that provides tools for AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, and automated publishing to social media and messaging platforms including Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others. The Service provides infrastructure and automation tools only — it does not create, select, edit, or review content on behalf of users.

2. User Responsibility for Content

      You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, configure, approve, and publish through the Service.
    

This includes, but is not limited to:

All text, images, videos, links, and other media you publish or schedule for publication
Content generated by AI tools based on your prompts, templates, and source materials
Content automatically collected from RSS feeds, Telegram channels, or other sources you configure
Content published through automation rules and schedules you set up

AI Social Poster acts solely as a technical intermediary. We do not monitor, moderate, or take responsibility for any content published through the Service. You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

When you connect your accounts to AI Social Poster, you must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including:

Telegram — Telegram API Terms of Service and channel guidelines
Meta platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and Threads Platform Policies
TikTok — TikTok Developer Terms of Service
YouTube / Google — YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google API Policy
X / Twitter — X Developer Agreement and Policy

Violations of third-party platform policies are solely your responsibility. AI Social Poster may suspend or terminate your access if your use of the Service causes or risks causing violations of these policies.

4. Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use the Service to create, distribute, or publish:

Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your audience
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading advertising
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
Malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
Content that violates the privacy rights of individuals
Misinformation or deliberately false content intended to deceive

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions without prior notice.

5. Automated Publishing and AI Generation

The Service includes automation features that can publish content without manual approval for each post. You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for configuring automation rules, schedules, and content sources
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you should review it before publication
Automated publishing acts on your behalf and under your authorization
You can disable automation at any time from your account settings

6. Account Registration and Security

You may register using email and password or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@ai-social-poster.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Subscription, Credits, and Billing

The Service offers subscription plans with defined monthly limits for AI generations and publications. Plan details, pricing, and included credits are described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active paying subscribers.

8. Service Availability and Outages

      We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may experience scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or outages beyond our control.
    

In the event of a service outage or malfunction that causes verifiable loss of:

AI generation credits — we will restore the number of credits consumed due to the failure
Scheduled publications — we will restore the publication quota consumed due to the failure

To request compensation, contact support@ai-social-poster.com with details of the incident. Compensation is provided at our sole discretion and is limited to service credits only — we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

AI Social Poster provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party platforms to which you publish
We are not liable for account suspensions imposed by Telegram, Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms as a result of your content or usage patterns
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim

10. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create, configure, and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant AI Social Poster a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service.

11. Email Communications

By registering, you agree to receive:

Transactional emails — account notifications, security alerts, and service updates (required, cannot opt out while your account is active)
Product news and updates — new features, tips, and platform announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email)

12. Support

For assistance with the Service, visit our Support page or email support@ai-social-poster.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. For complex technical issues, our team may request additional information to diagnose the problem.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Service operator. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in the jurisdiction of the operator.
