Publishing Policy

Customer-controlled publishing

Customers connect their own accounts through official OAuth/API flows or approved Telegram bot configuration. Publishing is allowed only when the customer selects a destination, reviews the content, and approves the action or enables explicit autopilot rules.

Autopilot rules

• Customers choose allowed platforms and connected accounts.
• Customers set frequency, credit limits, source rules, language, brand voice and forbidden topics.
• Customers can require manual approval or enable auto-publish within configured limits.
• Expensive generation, paid ads, payment changes and new account connections require separate approval.

Safety gates

• No live provider API calls without approved integration settings.
• No live publishing without account ownership, token readiness and platform-specific permission checks.
• Audit logs record draft, approval, queue and publish status.
• Customers can disconnect accounts and stop automation.
